Wednesday - 8am-5pm
If you are an established patient and your schedule precludes being seen in this time frame, speak with us and we will try to work with you to find a time for your visit outside of our standard hours.
If you have an urgent situation, call us and we will do our best to see you as soon as possible.

Insurance Accepted: We are a Preferred Provider for Blue Cross / Blue Shield and Aetna
We will assist with other insurance billing, but our patients are expected ultimately to be responsible for payment of their bills within 90 days of service.
We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, Federal or non Alaskan Workman’s Compensation insurance.
Although we are “opted out” of Medicare, we do have arrangements to continue to see our Medicare aged patients outside of the Medicare system.
